Delphi's newest navigation systems use a flash-based, secure digital card map database to provide high-performance navigation at low cost. With a flexible, scalable architecture, these entry-level systems can help vehicle manufacturers address the desire of consumers to have a navigation/radio system in vehicles of all categories.

Delphi's entry-level navigation radio systems not only provide the benefits of an integrated system designed to complement specific vehicle interiors, but also offer the benefits of aftermarket systems. A single, state-of-the-art navigation kernel and map data compiler used successfully in the European market help shorten OE innovation cycles.

Integrated into a single unit, the color map navigation system can be used in parallel to the audio system. Beyond radio and navigation, the system can feature playback mechanisms including CD and MP3 plus connectivity options for portable electronic devices.
