Retractors

	Delphi advanced Seat Belt Retractors have a modular design that allows the application of various standard and optional features onto a common base design. These features can be easily added to meet specific customer requirements. Some of the available features include: Automatic Locking Retractor (ALR) Load Limiter (single and dual level) Pretensioner Tensioner Reducer

Buckles

Delphi's Seat Belt Buckles are high strength (25 kN) and require minimal release effort (13± 2 N without load, less than 50 N with load). The Delphi Advanced G-force Buckle works with retractor pretensioners and complements our smaller, lighter, easy-to-package buckle pretensioners.

Latches

Delphi's free-falling, semi-cinching, and cinching Seat Belt Latches are designed for ease of use and optimal performance.

Height Adjusters

Delphi's S-2000 Seat Belt Height Adjuster enables vehicle manufacturers to use a common mounting unit to meet various interior design requirements. The unit is compact (265 mm x 53 mm x 53 mm), low weight (320 g), high strength (20 kN) and easy to operate (sliding 6 N, pulling knob: 15± 5 N). Delphi's DH-1 Height Adjuster is designed specifically for packaging behind the interior trim to provide styling flexibility with features and benefits similar to the S-2000.

Belt Tension Switch

Delphi Advanced Belt Tension Switch is part of our passive occupant detection system that helps vehicle manufacturers meet FMVSS 208 U.S. vehicle safety requirements. This switch helps the system recognize the whether a child seat is in use so that the airbag can be disabled or deployed appropriately.

Webbing Products

Delphi Seat Belt Webbing offers exceptional strength at 29.4 kN. It is offered in widths of 48 mm to 50 mm and thicknesses of 1.23 mm to 1.3 mm.

Buckle Pretensioner

Delphi's Buckle Pretensioner offers high-power performance and a long pretensioning stroke in a low-cost, compact package. Combined with Delphi's advanced G-force Seat Belt Buckle, the pretensioner package can extract large amounts of belt slack during a crash event.

Resettable Pretensioning Seat Belt Retractor

Delphi's Resettable Pretensioning Seat Belt Retractor removes slack from the seat belt to improve the occupant's position in a crash event. The system includes a motorized retractor with a pulse width modulation motor controller. When signaled by Delphi’s Forewarn™ pre-crash sensing system, the Resettable Pretensioning Seat Belt Retractor will not only help increase seat belt comfort but also help to reduce the probability of airbag-inflation-induced injury.
