Technical Certification
Delphi's Technical Certification measures the technical knowledge of design professionals using the Horizontal Modeling™ & Digital Process Design™ methodologies. Following participation in the training program, trainees are certified in such things as:

• Correct development of Horizontal Models
• Creation of process models and process drawings
• Correct implementation of formal procedures to assure consistent use of Horizontal Modeling throughout the company and supply chain.

Practicing Certification
The business benefits of Delphi's methodologies are measured and published. These benefits accrue fastest to organizations that adopt and implement the methodologies on a macro scale. The whole organization can more effectively collaborate and communicate ideas to suppliers.

Manufacturers who recognize and leverage the value of Horizontal Modeling and Digital Process Design as standards can use the methods to enhance their competitive advantage. To receive this certification, trainees who have earned their technical certification are asked to implement and use Delphi's CAD/CAM methodologies in their daily design programs. After three months, they report on their use of the methods, and document their experiences and the products they've worked on.
